BEFORE
The main dining room at Westminster
Canterbury of Lynchburg, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, received a
complete renovation. Residents have daily access to all three inviting dining
venue options from everyday dining to more formal preferences, including
the Canterbury Café, Dogwood Dining Room and the James River Grill.
BEFORE
The renovation of the existing dining room in the building basement added
a new buffet line with induction warmers, pizza oven and salad bar to
create an elegant display kitchen. The project was completed in phases,
with furniture not included. The overall goal was to make serving lines more
home-like, replacing hot wells with induction warmers.

Outdoor Pool/Activities and Indoor Fitness
Westminster Towers

This project renovated and expanded the existing indoor fitness center,
including new studio space, and adding new windows to face the pool surround for additional natural light. Outdoor spaces were renovated to allow
flexibility for additional resident lifestyle programming, including outdoor
dining, entertainment and fitness activities, updated pool deck, gaming
area, pergola and furnishings.

residents. All finishes, fixtures and equipment were updated to create a
new "country kitchen" which includes adjacent offices, restrooms and updated lounge. The overall goal was to make industrial kitchens into more
home-like serving lines, replacing hot wells with induction warmers.
