THE BUZZ The new Rosewood Bangkok hotel will be housed in two connected high-rise structures whose form is inspired by the wai, a traditional Thai gesture of greeting and welcome. Designed by New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and local design firm Tandem Architects, the new-build Rosewood Hotels & Resorts locale is slated to open in 2017. The 146-room property is being developed by hospitality investment firm RENDE.
