e focus on compliance is a driving force. Delivering compliance-related training through a mobile device need not be a show stopper. Have a clear understanding of how these devices are managed through your IT department and take a risk-based approach to the type of content and level of validation needed. is will allow you to create successful programs for training on compliance and regulated material. Security features vary with each device — a unique PIN, password requirements, automatic locking of the device a er a designated time, etc. is minimizes the risk that the content on the device will be leaked or shared with anyone outside of your organization.
