ARTS & CRAFTS / BASKETRY / DRAWING / FIBER ARTS Drawing Watercolor Pencil Drawing Learn how to use water based colored pencils. The pencils provide an effect similar to watercolors without the mess of paints. When students finish drawing, they can work back into their drawing using a brush and water to highlight certain areas. Students can work from photos.
