In the span of two days, five separate races will take place, including a 5K, 10K, half-marathon (13.1 miles), 2.8-mile beach run and a 1-mile race, together totaling 26.2 miles-an unforgettable experience for the entire family. Each race will award top male and female finishers in several different age groups, and any participants who complete all five races will be awarded with a finisher's medal. Special appreciation awards will also be awarded to any participants who have ever served in the military. Spectators are welcome. The proceeds from Critz Tybee Run Fest help fund scholarships to Tybee, Low Country and Savannah area college and community organizations.
