Rueffert's Bingo Frittata recipe is flexible. Customize it with your
favorite shredded cheese or ingredients of choice.

While it's fresh on your mind, now is as good a time as
any to take stock of your larder.
The goal here is to "edit" what you have down to things
that you need and will actually use. We all have our own
definitions of what those useful or needed things are, but try
sorting your pantry in a way that will maximize its efficiency
and usefulness.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, try creating things with
your "oddball" ingredients first, as those are likely the ingredients you've been ignoring the longest. There are many online resources just waiting to inspire you with fresh ideas for
long-forgotten ingredients, so do a quick recipe-ingredient
search before simply reshelving ingredients for "tomorrow."
You'll certainly come across some questionable or
expired ingredients, but before you toss them out, see if any
might make for decent wildlife food or even compost. Our
household includes pet chickens and turkeys, so they often
get the benefit of our leftovers or slightly stale foods.
One man's trash is another chicken's treasure!
