Butter'dudder-located in Bremen and Carrollton, with two more
stores set to open in Hiram and Monroe-is owned by Jim Rafferty and
sons Michael and Kevin and offers handcrafted ice cream and baked goods.
Cheesecake, brownies and cookies are made fresh daily. Ice cream flavors
change with the seasons and are made from the freshest ingredients. Nondairy
flavors are also available.
" All the product is made by Kevin and Michael in the Bremen store, "
Jim Rafferty says. " There's no artificial anything in our products. When
Kevin makes Oreo Fresh Mint ice cream, he uses real mint.
" The other thing is that the West Georgia community has taken us in
like part of the family. They've been so supportive of us. "
Customer service is also key.
" We take a lot of pride in the staff that work on our team, " Rafferty says.
" Every customer gets a hello when they come in and a big thank you when
they leave. "
