Simplifying Protein Analysis * Westerns and Total Protein Analysis

Expanding Simple Western Applications
We at ProteinSimple like challenges and are
always on the lookout for problem areas in
protein research that need a little (or a lot of)
simplifying, like total protein analysis. We
found a way to simplify that too with the
Simple Western Total Protein Assay. It lets

you detect all proteins in your sample without
running a single gel, and does it with Simple
Western simplicity. Without the need for
antibodies, a biotin reagent binds to the
proteins and is detected by chemiluminescence
using streptavidin-HRP (Figure 4).

in the immunoassay) performed in Wes.
