Figure 4 shows average quantification results of an IgG
dilution series ranging from 1 to 200 mg/mL on seven Little
and two Big Lunatic instruments. Investigation of the
variation and bias clearly demonstrated the high precision
and accuracy on both the intra- and inter-instrument level.

In order to be able to keep up with current evolutions in the
biopharmaceutical landscape, the Lunatic platform was
optimized to extend its dynamic range. This optimization in
combination with the small but fixed path lengths of the
Lunatic Plates has led to an enlargement of the dynamic
range to 0.03-275 OD. This allows formulations containing
200 mg/mL IgG to be measured in a fast, batch wise,
dilution-free and very reproducible way, independent
of instrument.
