re you using the coolest features on your cell phone? Text messaging is a quick and efficient way to keep in touch with loved ones, especially grandchildren. What is text messaging? It can be thought of as a kind of short e-mail that is most commonly sent to another person’s mobile phone. Short Message Service (SMS) is often referred to as “texting” or sending text messages. A messaging service lets you send and receive both text and picture messages on your cell phone. You can send and receive messages of up to 160 characters and spaces, exchange text messages with another cell phone or “message” via e-mail.
