panel includes controls for all of the KEMTRON 800HD2's systems, including
operation of the remote trash pump.
Each pump performs an independent function: desilter, desander, hopper/
mixing, and transfer. Valves will be provided in the cone overflows to allow
quick and easy sampling, and a sampling hatch will also be provided in the
clean tank for more traditional sampling techniques.
The KEMTRON 800HD2 carries an industry-leading 112 square feet of
screening area. It's provided as a skid-mounted system, but can be mounted
on a pintle-hook trailer with integrated generator package, upon customer
request.
Elgin's Hyper-G shaker provides power, performance and a new standard
in practical design. Capable of producing up to 7.5 G's of force, it can be
coupled with an optional variable frequency drive to provide power when it's
needed. By adding a single-point jacking system and improved screen fastening system, the shaker becomes as easy to operate, as it is powerful.

HammerHead Trenchless, a Charles Machine Works company, introduced
its new 22-ton, radio remote-controlled HydroGuide HG2200 cable winch,
designed for maximum efficiency in pipebursting, sliplining and pipeslitting
applications.
Radio remote-control enhances ease-of-use and productivity. It provides
operators maximum visibility when positioning the winch by freeing them
from a position at the controls on the back of the unit. Operators simply
launch the unit's patented 23-foot hydraulic boom with the touch of a button,
and can fine-tune its depth to 20 feet. The boom is adjustable along all three
axes for exact positioning. HG2200 is now the largest tonnage unit equipped
with the unique, self-deploying boom, exclusive to HammerHead Trenchless.
Line speed and pressure for the unit's 2,500 feet of cable are infinitely adjustable within their parameters. At pressures providing 0.5 to 22 tons, payout
speed can be set anywhere from 0 to 100 feet per minute, and pulling speed
from 0 to 60 feet per minute.
The unit is available in wheeled or tracked configurations and is powered
by a fuel-efficient, 24.8 horsepower, Tier 4-compliant Kubota radial piston
engine. The HG2200 comes standard with hydraulic levelling jacks, making
setup more efficient by allowing the operator to adjust the grade of the
machine via the wireless remote control.
The HydroGuide HG2200 shares much in common with the HG1200
released last year. The HG2200 is the final model to undergo a redesign,
completing this full line of HydroGuide winches as the most-advanced and
user-friendly in the industry.

Hyundai introduced the
Hyundai HX130LCR, its 15th
HX series excavator model
and third compact-radius
model, which gives contractors the added versatility of
working in confined spaces.
The 13.5-ton machine is
powered by a 73.6-horsepower Perkins 854F Tier 4
Final diesel engine. It has a
standard operating weight
of 29,750 pounds, achieves
a maximum dig depth of 18
feet 4 inches and maximum
digging reach of 27 feet,
and provides bucket digging
force of 22,860 footpounds. Also standard is a
0.52-cubic-yard capacity, 30-inch-wide bucket.
High-end features include the cab's 8-inch, interactive, adjustable, touchscreen, cluster monitor.
Viewable on the monitor is the Hyundai-exclusive AAVM (All-Around View
Monitoring), an optional system that provides a 360-degree-surround, virtual
operating view. It also has the IMOD (Intelligent Moving Object Detection)
system that senses and warns the operator when objects come within 16.5
feet of the machine. This helps make the Hyundai HX series among the safest
excavators to operate on any job site in North America.
Tier 4 Final engine technologies, a more-efficient vertically stacked cooling
design, efficient electronic fan clutch, and hydraulic system innovations on
the Hyundai HX series excavators contribute to an overall fuel efficiency
improvement of up to 10 percent compared with previous models.
Hyundai also announced that its exclusive Hi-Mate remote management
system - already available on the HX series and other equipment - is now
standard on four of its compact excavators, including three crawler models
and one wheeled model.
Another significant announcement was rollout of a comprehensive new
dealer signage and identity campaign that incorporates an updated Hyundai
Construction Equipment logo. Reflecting the continued expansion of its North
America dealer network, the new design incorporates a more streamlined
version of the company's logo and a new graphic element using stylized
letters to represent crawler tread marks.

Brand-new to the
John Deere compact
wheel loader lineup,
are the 62-horsepower 204L and
67-horsepower 304L
models. Both are
equipped with Final Tier 4 engines and fuel-efficient hydrostatic transmissions. An optional ride control produces a smoother ride and reduces material
spillage, while a redesigned auxiliary hydraulic control provides the operator
with simplified, intuitive controls that increase attachment productivity.
The machine height of the 204L is also configurable to less than 8 feet,
ideal for jobs with overhead space constraints.
