New President at LAN
Wayne Swafford, P.E., S.E., was named as the president of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN). Dennis Petersen, who
served as the firm's president for the last 20 years, will continue
as the president of LAN parent company, LEO A DALY.
In his new role, Swafford is responsible for the firm's direction
and operation. Since joining LAN as executive vice president in
April 2017, "He has earned the confidence of the firm, and his

A structural engineer with more than 30 years of experience, Swafford has managed the operations and finances of several organizations. He holds bachelor's and
