Safe-T-Stik Protects Workers,
Equipment, Job Site
Safe-T-Stik is a magnetic tag line safety tool for moving heavy,
unwieldly, unforgiving and potentially hazardous steel objects at a
job site.
Comprised of fiberglass, machined aluminum and stainless steel,
Safe-T-Stik is lightweight, but its custom-built neodymium magnet
has a tested pull force of more than 400 pounds. A dual-action,
pivoting and swiveling head, and wide "T" (double-grip) handle
provide control and full range of motion.
This patented design and construction enables a worker to confidently attach the super-strong magnet to road plate, trench plate,
trench shields, shoring, I-beams, pipe, poles and most any heavy
steel object being hoisted or lifted; push and pull it into position;
and release it from the magnet - all from a safe, 4-foot distance. It
minimizes risk of personal injury, as well as damage to equipment
or property.
Another safety feature is Safe-T-Stik's non-conductive, UV-inhibited fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) tube. With 35 kilovolts per
inch of insulation, it helps protect workers from electrical shock.
It also keeps the tube from retaining heat or cold, for year-round
comfort.
Along with this standard Safe-T-Stik, the "XL" model allows the
distance to be adjusted from 5 feet to 8 feet, and the "Mini" is for
pulling steel objects that weigh less than 150 pounds, such as water
valve covers, small grates and lids.
Companies currently using Safe-T-Stik include major utilities,
municipal water, telecommunication, shoring and equipment
rental, excavation, gas and pipeline, petroleum, steel plants and
fabrication, and general contractors.

electrofusion by removing 0.009 - 0.012
inches of peel thickness to produce a clean
surface.
Other features include a spring-actuated blade that
gives a complete peel, even on out-of-round pipe; observation
