Elgin's CSI-D3 Vertical Cuttings Dryer
brings direct-drive technology to
the industry-leading vertical cuttings
dryer. By incorporating a proprietary
assembly comprising an alignment
compensating drive shaft; greasedfor-life, 90-degree torque inverter; and
the industry's most durable and fieldproven gear-box drive system, CSI-D3
delivers power and performance when
needed. Recover thousands of gallons
of drilling fluid and water that would
normally be disposed of with the waste
drill cuttings. Additionally, CSI-D3 can
reduce moisture on waste cuttings by
up to 90 percent.

Simultaneously, its high-pressure
jetting action loosens material and
the industry's strongest vacuum
forces (up to 27" HG and 5,800 CFM)
remove the material and water slurry
into a debris tank. A new step-in,
roomy, heated compartment comes
standard and options include even
larger compartments, a cold-weather
package with extra insulation, heated
cabinets for the hose reel and water
pumps, and boilers to heat water.

The Utility Pole Cargo Series offers
combo units with much more
utilization than traditional models.
When equipped with a cargo bed,
the series can serve as an everyday
material hauler. Removable reel stand
assemblies have carrying capacities
from 2,500 to 5,000 pounds. By
adding the HD reel stand assembly
with bronze bushings, it can be fitted
with reel tensioning brakes, as well as
hydraulic payout/take-up assemblies
that can be invaluable when winding
up downed conductor. The series
is available in three tandem axle
configurations and two lengths.

Among seven compact excavators
on display from Hyundai will be the
prototype of an electric-powered
model, the Hyundai R35E, developed
in collaboration with Cummins
Engine Co. Hyundai also will exhibit
six conventional diesel-powered
models from its 9A series of
compact excavators, ranging from
its smallest - R17Z-9A - to its largest
- R80CR-9A. Also on display from
Hyundai's full-sized HX series of
hydraulic excavators is the HX140L,
now powered by a 127-horsepower
Cummins QSF3.8 engine. Rounding
out the exhibit, is the HL940TM
model from the Hyundai HL900
series of wheel loaders.

HammerHead Trenchless will
conduct live demonstrations
of its Same Path gas line slitting
technology. Designed for use with
the HammerHead HydroGuide line
of cable winches, Same Path tool
string components are specifically
engineered for trouble-free splitting
of half-inch to 4-inch PVC, HDPE,
MDPE and Aldyl-A pipe, completely
and uniformly throughout the run.
At the same time, it limits torque on
new MDPE or HDPE replacement
pipe. Since the tooling follows the
existing pipe path, it reduces risk of
interference with other utilities.

The new Kenco 12K Multilift will
handle concrete slabs or other
precast items. This versatile lifter
attaches to any excavator or backhoe
with a sling and shackle assembly.
Width adjustment is done by flipping
a lever to allow the feet to slide
freely. Once positioned, the levers
flip down to lock the feet. Slab widths
can vary up to 7.5 inches without
needing to readjust. The Multilift can
accommodate items up to 88 inches
wide and can be configured to grab
objects from the inside-out. Available
models are 3,000-, 8,000- and
