Avanti Adds Epoxy Product Line to its Injection Solutions

PLCS

Avanti International introduced the AV-500 epoxy line to its
portfolio of injection solutions used to stabilize soils and rock,
restore structural integrity, stop leaks and control groundwater.
The product offering consists of:
AV-502 Injectable Bonding Epoxy Series is a unique formula developed for structural concrete repair
by crack injection, gravity feed or patching. It can be used as a liquid binder for sand, aggregate or any
other mineral filler to repair masonry, wood and other rigid construction materials. Available in low (LV),
mid-range (MV) and high (HV) viscosity versions, the AV-502 Series meets or exceeds requirements of
ASTM C 881 or AASHTO M-235 (Types I, Grade 2, Class C).
AV-522 Crack Sealing Paste is a two-component, non-sag structural epoxy, designed to offer
exceptional mechanical strength in anchoring/bonding applications. Due to its high bond strength to
concrete, it is ideal for anchoring threaded rod or rebar dowels.
AV-580 Joint Filler Epoxy was specifically designed for filling sawcut control joints and contraction joints
in concrete. This two-component, 100-percent solids, VOC free, thermosetting epoxy system cures to a
semi-rigid resiliency, which supports joint edges to prevent edge deterioration and concrete spalling.
AV-590 Joint Filler Polyurea, also designed for filling sawcut control joints and contraction joints in
concrete, is a two-component, 100-percent solids, VOC free, rapid-setting, polyurea system that delivers
the same results as AV-580. *

Pushing or pulling new PE
pipe into a host pipe using
winches, slings on a backhoe
bucket or plain brute strength
is slow, labor intensive,
potentially dangerous and
risks damaging the PE pipe.
PLCS's Pipe Handler easily grips and maneuvers
the PE into the host pipe seamlessly, without
damage. The unit attaches to the end of an excavator
arm and the entire operation is controlled from the
cab. Inserting up to 33 feet of pipe per minute with
lengths of 1,600 feet or more is now possible.
