Welcomes New President
Stan Park was appointed as
president of Hyundai
Construction Equipment
Americas, Inc. A 27-year veteran
of the company, he previously
held various field and executivelevel
leadership roles, most recently as vice president
of marketing and dealer development.
" Stan is a pillar of HCEA in North America and is
well-known throughout the organization domestically
and abroad, " said Mike Ross, vice president of
Sales. He added that Park's experience and leadership
abilities will be essential in driving the success
of Hyundai's brand in North America going forward.
Based in Norcross, Ga., HCEA offers a full line of
wheel loaders, crawler excavators - ranging from
compact models to mass excavators - wheeled
excavators, compaction equipment, and hydraulic
breakers, through a network of dealers.

Frank Pepe, Jr., P.E., joined STV as
senior vice president and national
director, leading the engineering,
architectural, planning,
environmental, and program
management and construction
management services firm's newly established
tunneling and geotechnical engineering group.
With an extensive portfolio of major, complex
projects, leading teams and serving clients
throughout the U.S. and abroad, he brings nearly
40 years of related experience, as well as ground
improvement projects for transit, transportation,
water, bridge, tunnel, and marine facilities.
Felling Trailers
Felling Trailers Inc., a national
leader in industrial and
commercial trailers, appointed
Michael Wilwerding as regional
sales manager-Southwest,
responsible for all sales
development, and training and product support
within California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico,
and Hawaii. He replaces Roger Magers, who retired
at the end of 2020.
Wilwerding has more than 20 years of
experience in the heavy equipment industry, with
a strong emphasis on sales and customer service,
including serving as territory manager for an
authorized Felling Trailers dealer.

Rebuild SoCal Partnership
(RSCP), an organization that
represents 2,750 construction
firms and more than 90,000
union workers in all 12 Southern
California counties, promoted
Carol Church to the position of deputy executive
director. She was also named to the Board of
Scott Maynor Joins LAN as Engineering Manager, North Texas
Scott Maynor, P.E., LEED AP, joined Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN), as
engineering manager, responsible for the technical design and management of
municipal infrastructure projects in North Texas.
He brings more than 22 years of civil and structural engineering experience
spanning many specialties, including municipal water and wastewater, roadway
and drainage, commercial and multifamily land development, civil structures, and
telecommunications/underground conduits.
Previously, he worked at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. for 12 years, managing a diverse
spectrum of municipal engineering projects. Prior to that he served as a project engineer for various
consulting engineering firms.
Notable projects he has managed in North Texas include the Lower White Rock Creek lift station
improvements and the US 75 waterline in Plano, utility relocations on the LBJ Express project in Dallas,
and the Town and Country Boulevard in Frisco.
Maynor holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He is also an
active member of the Preston Trail chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. *

include managing all YARDZ strategic partners,
working closely with the sales team, and interfacing
with key customer accounts.
A 35-year veteran of the equipment rental industry,
Parks brings a breadth of experience and depth
of knowledge, industry connections and vision.

Tracy Ekola joined leading
environmental engineering and
construction firm Brown and
Caldwell, as vice president and
senior director of client services
(municipal and private water,
wastewater and stormwater sector) for the Midwest
region, based in Saint Paul, Minn.
With a 28-year background in design, project
management, environmental permitting, planning,
and construction inspection, and administration
expertise, she has led numerous high-profile environmental
projects at municipal and industrial water
and wastewater treatment facilities.
Woolpert
Rebecca Katzke, P.E., PMP,
CFM, ENV SP, joined Woolpert
as a senior associate and water
practice leader, guiding the
firm's clean water, stormwater,
sustainability, and sanitary
sewer design and monitoring efforts specific to
Texas and the western U.S.
A civil and environmental engineering expert,
she has close to 20 years of experience leading
large-scale water infrastructure and resources
projects in the U.S. and internationally.
