In May 2016,  CNECT held its first Regional Member
Conference in Long Beach, CA. The conference
highlighted procurement strategies, GPO contract
offerings, and featured key supplier exhibits.

The business line will focus its consulting services
on these health care segments: physician
practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers,
Clinically Integrated Networks, Health Center
Controlled Networks, Independent Physician
Associations and other applicable health care
entities. CNECT is now poised to launch CNECT
Consulting in FY 2017-18.

PREPARE FOR CORPORATE POSITIONING
CNECT began an extensive corporate repositioning in
FY16. This included a complete brand deconstruction,
a new "look and feel", and even a new name - CNECT.
CNECT represents a nod to the company's 36 year
history with a wink to the future.  A lot has changed
over time, yet a lot stays the same. CNECT leads the
category in innovation for today's world but since day
one has never wavered from the fundamental drive to
deliver superior service.  Expect a full launch of the
rebrand in Fall 2016.

GROWTH OF CNECT
In FY 2016, CNECT signed 1,102 new members as
it continued to increase visibility and market share
in the group purchasing space. Implementation of
key strategic initiatives positioned it well to
capitalize on emerging opportunities, drive sales
growth, diversify its revenue sources, and attract
superior talent.

As part of CNECT's continual process to enhance its
service offering, in FY16 CNECT developed a business
plan for consulting services that would be able to
address member needs in the area of quality
improvement and health informatics.

a symbiotic relationship that leverages the structure
and resources of CNECT with the expertise and
knowledge of HCP, resulting in a new business
venture focused on clinical, financial, and operational
transformation that positions clients for alternate
