CNECT LAUNCH

CNECT RESTRUCTURE

In the fall of FY17, CNECT launched a major
rebranding initiative, which included a new
name, logo, and brand identity.

CNECT overhauled its organizational structure
by developing a distinct operations division,
providing for a more enhanced, efficient and
streamlined service to the membership and
supplier partners.

In November, CNECT had a soft launch of the
new brand in Las Vegas, at the National
Association of Community Health Centers
Finance Operations Management/ IT
Conference followed by a live WebEx to a
national audience in November 2016.

Currently, this division connects members to
more than 26,000 contracts a quarter. To
further enhance member support, CNECT
executed an optimized sales and service plan
with increased infield staff, and a three-pronged
support model with a Region Director, Senior
Account Executive, and Account Executive
assigned to each CNECT region.

The repositioning gained enthusiastic media
coverage reaching a potential audience of
almost 90 million, culminating in a dramatic
digital splash on the Times Square Jumbotron in
New York City.

CNECT also developed a distinct marketing arm
that includes social media and multi-media
marketing to capitalize on the power of the new
brand and market opportunities.

CONTRACTING
CNECT negotiated more than 300 new
aggregated contract tiers.  An aggregated
contract leverages CNECT member spend for
enhanced pricing and other value adds on key
contracts within the national portfolio.

 NEW THREE YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN
In FY17, CNECT leadership developed the next
strategic plan for FY18-20 with a focus on
scaling the infrastructure to meet an anticipated
100% member growth by 2020.

These aggregations coupled with direct contract
awards resulted in a continuation of CNECT's
aggressive and unique GPO portfolio providing
member value and enhanced market
competitiveness.

The strategic plan will focus on national
standards for staff, members and supplier
partners, as well as implementation of robust
contracting and marketing business plans.

In addition, through a competitive RFP process,
CNECT expanded its successful reference lab
program with Quest Diagnostics allowing
members' access in 10 additional states.

CNECT continues to grow and be a
comprehensive GPO partner to its members.
CNECT remains agile, proactive and responsive
to its members' supply chain needs, fostering
long term relationships and a growing
membership base.
