understanding fully what our industry requires
from our company. The ability of C F Kent to
perform within the standard structure, allowing
clients to know what they will receive and feeling
confident in selecting C F Kent. We evolve and
grow with the understanding of what we have
accomplished, and we take what we learned into
the future. C F Kent is always ready, because
we understand how small the world is and the
competitors of today and tomorrow have no
borders.

How different does the hospitality
furniture industry look today from ﬁve
years ago?

What new product or innovation can we
expect from C F Kent at tradeshows this
year?

What is your view of technology playing
a role in today's hospitality furniture
industry?

Tell us something we should know about
C F Kent.

The industry has changed. The demands are
different even if the product is similar. The
amount of funding per project is tighter and the
project turnaround times are less. Technology
in the world has advanced quicker than the
applications within a furniture manufacture, so
creativity and efficiency are still very important
in our day-to-day application throughout the
company process.
Customer service and maintaining customer
loyalty are the key points, with the crucial
consciousness that dependability is a necessary
part of doing long-term business.

The days of large machinery are gone. Smaller
equipment has changed the manufacturing
floor. The use of drawing programs and digitizer
has increased the accuracy of products from
the drawing board to the end product. The
availability to such data on any topic or function,
to solve a problem learning by viewing, have
progressively allowed younger employees to
achieve much more without a furniture trade
background, that in the past would not have been
assessable without today's technology.

The GEO series is the newest pioneering service
package that C F Kent has come up with. It is
created to bring superior design, readymade
model room, and exclusive pricing from an elite
team of partners to every client. In the past,
C F Kent, like most furniture manufacturers,
would showcase single piece items throughout
a tradeshow booth setting. The innovation and
capability of showing GEO as a complete and
evolving collection is to demonstrate the ability of
C F Kent to take the wonder of showcasing case
good and softwood to the next level. The intent -
how a collection could look dressed up, enhancing
the viewer's imagination.

C F Kent has been in business starting in 1989,
and with the many changes in the industry and
economy, C F Kent has been able to remain after
25 years. Our business practice and the belief in
servicing the customer correctly and traditionally
have allowed us to remain in the industry for as
long as we have. 25 years is a testament to true
sustainability and durability.
