Healthcare Design - September 2017 - 55

Acceptance of Projects
Projects will be evaluated on four criteria:
Innovation
How did the team explore innovative
solutions that were specific to the project? If
technology was part of the process, how was
it incorporated and what were the outcomes?
Did these efforts impact quality of care or
quality of life for residents? Did the innovations
influence the business model?
Collaboration
How did the project team collaborate with
residents, staff, family, and the community to
achieve project goals?
