Unit is equipped with 3 silicon-carbide heating
elements, perfectly designed for sintering at
temperatures up to 1560°C. Firing chamber is
closed through the vibration-free lift system.
Unit also uses Dekema's unique, well-established
system to safely achieve the shortest sintering
times with the highest heating and cooling rates.
AutoDry system controls temperature gradients
through lift movement, which is dependent on
chamber temperature. On each sintering level,
approximately 40 sintering units can be placed. Sintering programs are already
factory preset and can be loaded through a thumb drive or downloaded from
Dekema's vast online sintering program database. Cycles can be programmed by
a single-click QR scanning (optional). Furnace is operated through its large 71⁄2"
touch panel. State of the furnace and all relevant data are displayed.
