Ringless Casting/Pressing System
Interlocking design solves the problem of accidental separations
of filled rings from their bases. Rings are tapered for easy removal
of molds without the need of ring liners. The clear PVC allows
view for correct placement and location of sprued wax-ups. Ring
allows for a natural thermal expansion of investment for precise
fit of casting. Pressing bases accept 2 Gm. ingots for smaller or
single-unit presses. Height of ring is designed to fit any pressing
oven without the need for a top. Investment smoothes and levels
itself out naturally with no extra mess.
