ANITA COX FARNSWORTH STUDIO THEATER ANITA COX FARNSWORTH STUDIO THEATER The black box space of the Mesa Arts Center complex is equipped for drama presentations, and it can also be used for rehearsals, receptions, and classes. It has a seating capacity of 150 on a flat floor that can be arranged in many different configurations depending on show requirements. One of the interesting features of this space is the lattice of Unistrut channels on the walls which serve as anchorage points for a variety of scenic elements. The space has a pipe grid dead-hung 16′-0″ above the deck and includes track for the theatre's complement of draperies and a cyclorama. The lighting is controlled by 144 ETC Sensor Dimmers powering 132 20-amp circuits for performance lighting and 5 20-amp circuits for house lights. ACN wiring, with a full complement of ETCNet taps, is provided.
