6:00AM: Wakes up. Looks outside

11:00AM: Checks in with his team.

currently practicing each morning.

A unique part of his role as a Team
Leader is keeping everyone motivated
to reach their goals, understanding
their frustrations with the hard market
and ensuring their quality of work is
where it needs to be.

6:15AM: Makes coffee with his
Nespresso machine-one of the best
purchases he's made.

12:00-2:00PM: Unless he has a

The broker channel

He's been employed
with PrimeService
since 2015 and
co-hosts a podcast
called FIT-Farsi
Insurance Tips that
helps the Iranian-
Canadian community
navigate insurance
in Ontario. Here is a
day in his life.

7:00AM: Works out. He's currently

lunch appointment, on weekdays he
practices intermittent fasting, eating
his breakfast/lunch around 2 o'clock.

3:00PM: More meetings. More

8:15AM: Checks his email and
scheduled activities for the day, trying
to stay ahead of his to-do list before
leaving his house.

9:10AM: After dropping his wife at
the GO station, he heads to the office.
The 40-minute commute is one of his
favorite times of the day-he usually
listens to podcasts that help him
achieve some of his personal and
professional goals.

10:00AM: The nature of being
a broker is always dealing with
unpredictable things-from
claims to last minute closings
to new vehicle purchases-
so his mornings are
spent on the phone and
responding to emails.
He recently purchased a
Timeular to track his activities
which he highly recommends
for time management.

5:00PM: After work he often
meets up with clients or a group of
realtors and lawyers from the Iranian
community to give talks on insurance.

6:45PM: Takes Coco for another walk
to tire her out for the night. Prepares
dinner-typically grilled chicken
or fish with a salad and rice.

8:00PM: After he picks
up his wife from the
GO station, they have
dinner together.

9:00PM:
Watches
YouTube videos or
his favorite TV shows-
currently Friends, Dexter,
Goliath and Bosch-to unwind
before bed.
