Dr. Annalise Maughan received a Directors'

Postdoctoral Fellowship at National Renewable Energy
Laboratory (NREL). She received her bachelor's
degree from Northern Arizona University and her
Ph.D. in Chemistry from Colorado State University.
Dr. Kai Zhu is a senior scientist in
the Chemistry and Nanoscience
Center at NREL. He received
his Ph.D. degree in Physics
from Syracuse University. His
current research focuses on both
basic and applied research on
perovskite solar cells, including
perovskite material development, device fabrication
and characterization, and basic understanding of
charge-carrier dynamics in these cells.
Dr. Joseph J. Berry is a senior

research scientist at NREL.
He received his Ph.D. in physics
from The Pennsylvania State
University. Since 2007, he has
worked on oxide semiconductor
systems with a focus on both
basic materials physics and
device applications of these materials. He is also
the Director of US-MAP a consortium focused on
the manufacturing of advanced metal halide
perovskite technologies.
