Logan O. Mailloux (logan.mailloux@
afit.edu) earned his B.S. degree in
computer engineering in 2002 and
his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in sys-
tems engineering in 2008 and 2015,
respectively. He is a commissioned
officer in the U.S. Air Force and
assistant professor at the Air Force

Institute of Technology, Wright-Pat-
terson Air Force Base in Ohio. He is a

Michael R. Grimaila (michael.gri-
maila@afit.edu) earned his B.S. and
M.S. degrees in electrical engineering
in 1993 and 1995, respectively, and
his Ph.D. degree in computer engi-
neering in 1999. He is a professor
and head of the Systems Engineering
Department and a member of the
Center for Cyberspace Research at
the Air Force Institute of Technology,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in
Ohio. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi,

Douglas D. Hodson (douglas
.hodson@afit.edu) earned his B.S.
degree in physics in 1985, his M.S.
degree in electro-optics in 1987, and
his Ph.D. degree in computer engi-
neering in 2009. He is an assistant
professor of software engineering at
the Air Force Institute of Technology,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in
Ohio. He is a Dayton Area Graduate
Studies Institute scholar and a mem-
ber of Tau Beta Pi.
Gerald B. Baumgartner
(gbaumgartner@ltsnet.net) earned
his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in
physics in 1971, 1973, and 1980,
respectively. He is a research physi-
cist at the Laboratory for Telecom-
munications Sciences, College Park,
Maryland. He is a member of the
