information in parent-child structure where parent is the
title or a sentence and child is all other sentences under
that parent text). All three collections of data are sent back
to the user interface. The user will view unknown terms
detected from the texts, define or classify them, and save
the information accordingly. Then, unknown terms are
merged with textual data collection and three collections
of data are sent to the back-end server. From each text,
nouns and verbs are extracted using natural language processing
(NLP). These are called tags, which are classified
using domain knowledge. This is the knowledge information
about different terms and words related to the
domain, which are already classified and trained to the
system. It consists of names of equipment or tool, documents,
human roles, location, and more. Once similar
terms or words are found in each text, the system classifies
them from the domain knowledge and updates HESN. In this
way, the system is able to know what documents, equipment,
or human intervention, is involved with each operation and
procedure. Once the tags are classified, the system uses the
tags to track the information; it also recognizes which text is
found in which tag and identifies the meaning of the tags.
This is how the text in documents are processed and HESN
is updated. A neural network is used for word embedding,
where new words or key phrases are classified based on feature
similarities with the existing classified words or key
phrases in HESN. The words are converted to vectors. The
vectors are then compared with the existing words in the
domain knowledge, which are also converted to vectors. The
vectors are matched and scored. The most matched one is
then considered, and its class is selected to be the same for
the new word or vector. This is how autoclassification of
new terms or key phrases is established. The process works
similarly for voice and text input. The system provides multiple
answers to a question but replies using voice with the
best answer. In case of uncertainties, if the answer sounds
