Ryo Chikaraishi (s211506t@st.go.tuat.ac.jp) is a graduate
student of engineering at the Tokyo University of Agriculture
and Technology, Tokyo 184-8588, Japan. He graduated
from the Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of
Agriculture and Technology in 2021. His research interests
include nonlinear control system design.
Mingcong Deng (deng@cc.tuat.ac.jp) earned his Ph.D.
degree in systems science from Kumamoto University,
Japan, in 1997. From April 1997 to September 2010, he was
with Kumamoto University; the University of Exeter, United
Kingdom; and the NTT Communication Science Laboratories;
Okayama University, Japan. Since October 2010, he
has been a professor with the Tokyo University of Agriculture
and Technology, Tokyo 184-8588, Japan. He has more
than 550 publications, including 189 journal articles, in
peer-reviewed journals including IEEE Transactions and
other top tier outlets. He is a cochair of the Agricultural
Robotics and Automation Technical Committee of the
IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) as well as a
chair of the Environmental Sensing, Networking, and Decision-Making
Technical Committee of the IEEE Systems,
Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMCS). He was the recipient
of the 2014 and 2019 Meritorious Services Awards of
the SMCS and the 2020 IEEE RAS Most Active Technical
Committee Award (IEEE RAS). He is a member of the
Engineering Academy of Japan.
Yuichi Noge (noge@ees.kyushu-u.ac.jp) earned his
Ph.D. degree in engineering from the Nagaoka University of
Technology, Japan, in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, he was at the
Tokyo Metropolitan College of Industrial Technology as an
assistant professor. From 2017 to 2020, he was at the Tokyo
University of Agriculture and Technology as an assistant
professor. He has been an assistant professor with the
Kyushu University, Fukuoka 819-0395, Japan, since 2020.
His research interests include power conversion circuits
and power semiconductor applications.
