Chapter  2 presents both the basic
and advanced topics of MCDM. In
addition, in this chapter, the theory
developed by Dr. Malakooti called
Z utility theory is discussed. Chapter 2 is the cornerstone of the book,
and it is suggested reading for anyone interested in MCDM.
Parts 3-7 cover topics related to
operations and production systems
with two to three chapters for each
part. In each chapter, the basic concepts of a topic are covered through
comprehensive examples, and then
the extensions of the topic to multicriteria problems are discussed.
