any work employing this framework has been done.
Being aware that it is necessary to deepen with conducting further research, especially by increasing the
size of the case base, we believe that support from the
mining of texts in the ontological approach and in the
CBR system is a field of research with many possibilities
based on our results. Modeling knowledge about social
impact is feasible and useful, meaning that the research
work carried out can be very supportive for social enterprises. The constructed ontology has fulfilled with the
objectives of the study and has adapted to the tasks for
that has been used. In addition, the versatility of the proposed system is ideal to continue the research by applying it in different areas, as in the case of AI itself, whose
systems could include impact measurement components by design,integrating naturally in them as they are
also based on the AI techniques shown at SIAMES. 
