Thanks to You

he Imprinted Sportswear Shows are off and running for 2015. We started
the year with our most successful trade show under the ISS umbrella in
more than a decade. ISS Long Beach not only set records for being sold out
for the first time in 10 years, but our attendance numbers were through the roof.
This is positive news for everyone in our industry, because it means the decorated apparel and textile market is on the upswing, and that is great news for both
decorators and manufacturers. I recently had the privilege of accepting the Best
Industry Trade Show award, presented by the 2 Regular Guys, for the 2014 ISS
Long Beach event; it was the second consecutive year we've won this award.
Here at ISS we want to thank everyone that has helped grow our events. As
such, we have implemented an attendee/exhibitor appreciation event, with local
craft beer and food, in each city we visit throughout the year. Each and every
one of you have helped make ISS the meeting place for the decorated apparel
industry, and the 35,000-plus people who attend our shows each year have my
personal gratitude.
As of press time, we are preparing to launch the first-ever co-location of ISS
Atlantic City and PPAI's Expo East, both to be held March 13-15. Whether you
are reading this prior to the event or while on the show floor, I want to welcome
you to this collaboration between the largest show dedicated to decorated apparel
in the northeast - ISS Atlantic City - and the largest show dedicated to promotional products in the same region - Expo East.
While both shows will be staged as two separate events, attendees can visit
both sides of these respective exhibit spaces. ISS Atlantic City will again feature a
top-notch conference program with new classes being offered in 2015, along with
the aforementioned attendee/exhibitor appreciation celebration in the Impressions
booth during the first day of the show. For the first time, we also will be collaborating with PPAI for an all industry party on the evening of March 14. So if you don't
have a ticket yet, there is still time to buy one to enjoy a night of networking with
your industry peers.
From the entire ISS and Impressions staff, thank you again for attending and
supporting all of our events.
