Jay Busselle, Business Director of Sales & Marketing, Printa Systems
Jay Busselle began his screen printing, graphics and advertising career in Mr. Perry's Graphics class in high school. He started printing
"unofficial replica" t-shirts of his favorite bands, surfing, skiing and skateboarding companies. Jay landed his first real industry job
as a cut-and-paste artist for a Yellow Page Publishing company. It didn't take long before Jay was working for a screen printer and
soon thereafter his family owned promotional product agency. More than 30 years later, hundreds of promotional events and tens
of thousands of t-shirts, Jay is a highly rated industry speaker, has authored over a dozen articles for trade publications and is an
accomplished trainer and presenter. Jay Busselle lives with his family in Arizona and currently serves as the Business Director of Sales
& Marketing for Printa Systems.

Mark A. Coudray, Principal, Coudray Growth Technologies
Mark A. Coudray is a respected and well-known industry innovator and strategist. His works have been published in more than 500
papers, columns, features, and articles in every major graphics publication in the US and abroad in addition to hundreds of blog and
forum posts. He is a regular contributor to Impressions Magazine. Coudray has been an active member of the Academy of Screen
Printing and Digital Technology since 1989. Coudray has served as Chairman of the Board of SGIA and has received the organization's

Colleen Hartigan, Consultant, Madeira USA
Colleen Hartigan is a 32 year veteran of the embroidery industry. Recently retired as Executive Vice President of Madeira USA, she
now works as a consultant for Madeira USA and Madeira Garnfabrik, sharing her extensive knowledge of the embroidery industry
and the embroidery process. A seasoned speaker, with a long history of educational training at trade shows and private seminars,
Colleen shares her expertise in all facets of doing and selling embroidery. Her focused approach to product education, and the use of
the right products to improve customer satisfaction and sales, will be of great interest to both decorators and distributors to improve
productivity and profitability.
