Noise is the leading concern when it comes to

a third-party engineering sound test by Dallas
Audio Post that measures the noise levels of
range hoods in operation. "The signiﬁcant ﬁndings of this test clearly communicate the technological performance of Vent-A-Hood range
hoods is quieter than those of several other
brands," offers Woodall. Similar results were delivered in a second third-party test conducted
by the TEES (the Texas Engineering Experiment
Station) and showed Vent-A-Hood to be the quietest in a lab test, he adds.

In addition to quiet operation, the introduction
of the EZ Clean tray in all Vent-A-Hood products
with the Magic Lung has provided home-owners with ease of maintenance. "Simply remove
the tray that has collected the grease and
rinse it or put it in the dishwasher, and the job is
done," says Woodall.
