Triple Vision
Building your business through NKBA's marketplaces, networks and certifications

As you may be aware, we at NKBA recently refined our vision and mission statements.
Our vision is a world where everyone enjoys safe, beautiful and functional kitchen and
bath spaces. Defining that led to our mission statement: Through the creation of certifications, marketplaces and networks, NKBA will inspire, lead and empower the kitchen
and bath industry.
If you are wondering, "What exactly does that mean and how does it affect me?" let me
clarify. Our mission is the way we define our value to the industry and how we can help
you grow your business and increase your success through these three factors.
Marketplaces
These are the platforms we create to help you build your business. KBIS, the biggest kitchen and bath show in in the industry, is an invaluable resource. Attending
KBIS provides you with the inspiration and knowledge you need to plan for the
year to come.
KBIS showcases the best of the best in the kitchen and bath world in
400,000 square feet of exhibitor space, but it doesn't stop there. Our not-tobe-missed parties and events are opportunities to connect with and meet new
business contacts that can only enhance your business. And whether you are
an exhibitor or an attendee, all of our NKBA members receive special pricing
both for the show admission and for the many workshops, lectures and events
hosted each year.
Networks
We want you to connect with other people in your industry. An NKBA membership makes it easy for you. With our 69 chapters in most major markets in the
U.S. and Canada, we're the biggest kitchen and bath organization in North
America. When you join your local chapter and attend meetings, you meet other
people in your area who have similar interests and goals. Local chapters are also
an ideal place to meet new customers and suppliers.
Beyond serving as a meeting place, our local chapters are also a place for
you to build your presence and enhance your career by volunteering for chapter
leadership, a committee or a council position. On both the local and national
level, volunteering helps you develop stronger relationships with other members
and organizations, in turn making you more visible within the industry and
increasing your company's brand recognition.

We want you to connect with other people in
your industry. An NKBA membership makes it

kitchen and bath organization in North America.
Certification
We ensure that the kitchen and bath industry meets the highest standards
through our certification program. Trends and techniques are always evolving,
and we help you stay on the cutting edge. Attaining an NKBA certification
elevates you as a professional - it's a stamp of approval that you have achieved
the top level of knowledge and skill within the design world. By becoming
certified, you become part of the high standards we set. And our continuing
education requirement guarantees that you remain on the forefront of design
and safety criteria.
As more designers in our industry become certified and achieve higher levels
of certification, we envision improved overall safety standards and design. For
us, that means not only taking into account the aesthetics of a room, but also the
overall functionality and livability of a space. It will only make our entire industry
a better one. In turn, as more and more consumers become educated about the
benefits of working with a certified professional, your certification will become
even more valuable.
