1. The BEKO Ventless Heat Pump Dryer uses a
closed-loop heat exchange system to conserve and
reuse hot air during tumble-drying cycles. This gently
and effectively removes moisture from clothes at a 50
percent energy savings over conventional vented dryers. Since it dries at a significantly lower heat, the dryer
pampers clothing while saving money on energy bills.
2. The ELECTROLUX Front Load Perfect Steam
Dryer with Predictive Dry and Instant Refresh protects
clothes from over-drying and ensures there are no wet
clothes left in the load. The Instant Refresh Cycle uses
steam to remove wrinkles and quickly refresh items in
only 10 minutes, and there is also a 15-minute fast-dry
option to dry items quickly.

3. The All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo from
WHIRLPOOL CORP. can now be used with Amazon
Honeywell and the Apple Watch. Consumers will be
able to connect the smart appliances from Whirlpool
to Honeywell's line of connected thermostats, allowing
for remote management of their appliance operating
modes and energy outputs. Users can also remotely
control their appliance with the Apple Watch.
4. GE APPLIANCES' top-load washers now have Water Station, a faucet feature in the back of the basin that
is ideal for pretreating clothes and handwashing delicate
items. When pretreating is done, simply close the lid,
let the clothes soak longer, or pick a cycle and start the
load. The washer also includes WiFi Connect so owners
can control their washer form virtually anywhere.

7. The Laundry-Area from HAILO is a comprehensive
system for utility rooms. These units offer storage
space for clothing, laundry utensils, a clothes peg and
containers, as well as a built-in ironing board. These
features disappear behind doors to make the room
appear tidy at all times.

5. FISHER & PAYKEL APPLIANCES announces a
compact WashSmart 24-in. Front-Loading Washer,
the first to the U.S. and Canada. The innovative design
and function of the new compact laundry system
means it can cope with large loads - up to 4.2 cubic
feet per cycle - and it can fit into any space without
having to compromise on fabric care.

8. The W1 Washing Machine from MIELE features the
two-phase automatic detergent dispensing system,
TwinDos. This feature operates in two stages, with the
UltraPhase1 removing soil while the UltraPhase2 rids
fabrics of stains. Each phase dispenses the proper
amount of liquid based on load size, type of fabric and
programmed level of soiling and staining.

6. The newest addition to the Home Connect suite of
appliances, the BOSCH 800 Series Washer and Dryer
with Home Connect takes the guesswork out of doing
laundry. Simply specify when laundry needs to be
done, and the washing machine will get going on time
and will send a message to your device when the laundry is finished. The Easy Start Assistant is also available to recommend the right program for your load.

9. SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO. has announced
the WW6850N Washing Machine featuring QuickDrive
technology. Responding to the consumer demand for
speed and cleaning performance, the 24-in. compact
washer cleans laundry up to 35 percent faster than the
average appliance. The technology uses an independently moving large main drum and back plate to move
clothes in four directions for a more intense clean.
