Join your peers the night before the show opens to celebrate the
winners of the NKBA 2019 Professional Design Competition,
as well as the Student Design Competition winners.The awards
will be followed by a Vegas-style party to connect with peers and
gear up for KBIS. Tickets are $125 and include a buffet dinner
and open bar. Cocktails at 6 p.m., doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Emmy Award-winning actor and comedian Dana Carvey will
headline. This event is open to all registered attendees, and limited general seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Start KBIS out with a bang at The Bash with a night of music and
dancing at one of Vegas'hottest nightclubs. Join your friends - old

The 2019 State of the Industry Panel Discussion, held directly
after the State of the Association, will help shed light on some of
the most pressing issues facing the kitchen and bath design and
remodeling segment.

On the KBIS 2018 feedback form, we
asked exhibitors, "What would you like
to see on the show floor next year?" The
resounding reply: "More awards!" In
response, the NKBA's Thirty Under 30
will launch the 30s Choice Awards at
KBIS 2019.
New to the 2019 program, the six-year
class of Thirty Under 30s - those who are
up and coming and have their eyes on the
future of kitchen and bath design - will be
awarding exhibitors their Choice Awards
in such categories as lighting, cabinetry,
decorative plumbing, technology, appliances, most innovative product, best booth,
etc., as well as for the best of the best - the
30s Best of Show Choice Award.
Exhibitors should plan for 10 groups of
three Thirty Under 30 honorees donned
with GoPros (the NKBA is capturing the
groups' walk-through of the show floor
with GoPros and streaming the live footage into the NKBA booth) to be sizing up
their wares and their booths. Exhibitors
should keep the millennial designer aesthetic in mind and plan to showcase accordingly for the first-ever Choice Awards.
The new class, which will be introduced
on the KBISNeXT Stage on Day 1, will
take the stage again on Day 3 and present
the winners of the 30s Choice Awards -
complete with clips of their epic journeys
as a backdrop to the inaugural ceremony.
