Designer Kelli Ellis is known for her roles in TLC'S "Clean Sweep" and HGTV's "Takeover My
Makeover," "Move or Improve," "Celebrity Holiday Homes" and "House Hunters Renovation."
She now stars in her own show on The Design Network called "Design Therapy." Ellis will
host the one-hour, action-packed DesignBites, which will feature 10 kitchen and bath brands
displaying one of their most innovative products in a three-minute presentation to the attendee
and media audience, followed by a two-minute Q&A. This event will take place on Feb. 20 at
noon on the KBISNeXT Stage. KBB spoke with Ellis exclusively about her plans for the event.

KBB: How do you hope to use your experience as a celebrity designer and on air in several TV
shows to bring the DesignBites event to life?
ELLIS: I hope to infuse this event with energy! I love kitchen and bath design - the heart and pulse
of the home - and I hope to use some social influence to add some extra sugar to this year's event!

KBB: How do you plan to engage the audience?
ELLIS: I hope to infuse my love of all things kitchen and bath and pump up the audience with a little
"Kelli Ellis" enthusiasm. I always have fun at any event I attend or host...small, large or keynote,
it doesn't matter. I hope to see happy designers and contractors taking names and info - and
showrooms ready to wow us all!
KBB: What do you hope these brands bring to the table?
ELLIS: I hope to see innovation, form and function together, as well as well as the avant-garde - I
love to see new, new, new!!!
