Large kitchen and bath showrooms with dozens of
displays have really gone the way of the rotary phone and the typewriter. Using virtual reality will show your client what the project
will look like and how it FEELS without having a display in the
showroom that is outdated as soon as you install it. Many kitchen
and bath design firms are extremely hesitant to use technology as part
of the design and sales process. However, with styles changing faster
than ever before, it is not cost effective to keep a large showroom up
to date with the ever-changing styles and manufacturer updates. If
you use virtual reality correctly, you can cut that showroom size - in
many cases - down by half, which can save you hundreds of thousands
of dollars in continuing remodeling costs. We will talk about how it
works, what you need to use it and how to design a virtual showroom
using your current business model. In most cases, the design program
you are using now will get you there. We will also talk about one of the
most common mistakes in kitchen and bath showrooms... purchasing
the wrong computer system to run your design programs.
