MATTEO CALISESI

As the operations manager at Majestic
Stone Imports, Christopher Brown manages all aspects of the fabrication process
from job scheduling, material management
and staffing to equipment purchasing, installation, maintenance and repair. He received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Dayton University in 2014.
During summer breaks, Brown interned for Majestic Stone Imports as
an installer and learned installation processes and customer relationship
management. After graduating, he joined Majestic's Commercial Division as project manager, helping it grow to more than 50 projects across
seven states. In 2019, he was promoted to his current role, and his initiatives increased production by 40 percent over the past year.

In 2017, Matteo Calisesi achieved his master's degree at the University of Bologna in
building science with first class honors. He
spent one year studying in Lisbon and another year in Toronto, where he worked on
his thesis in collaboration with the Ryerson
University and improved his language skills, opening up potential opportunities. Calisesi joined Florim in business development working in
its Manhattan showroom. (The Italian company has U.S. headquarters
in Clarksville, Tenn.) His engineering background led to a promotion
to technical business development, assisting architects and designers on
technical matters, including interior applications of large-format slabs
(floors, wall, countertops, vanities) and exterior applications (direct bond
facades, ventilated facades/rainscreen systems).

KINGSLEY CATALUCCI, AKBD

Designer, RI Kitchen & Bath, Warwick, R.I., Northern New England Chapter

Kingsley Catalucci earned a bachelor's degree in interior design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2014 and achieved Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) certification from NKBA and her Universal Design Certified Professional status from
National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Earlier in her career, she gained experience in commercial design and
flooring sales before joining RI Kitchen & Bath in 2018.Catalucci is a 2020 Regional CotY Award winner for Residential Bath Over
$100,000 and one of Professional Remodeler magazine's 2020 " Forty Under 40 " honorees.She recorded $1.05 million in sales between
January and September 2019 at RIKB, and she managed renovation of the historic home (1760) in which she currently resides.

JEANNIFER ELLINGTON

Cabinet Designer, H2 Builders, Bluffton, S.C.,
GA/SC Coastal Chapter

Jeannifer Ellington graduated from Western Carolina University in 2018 with a degree in interior design, focused on sustainable residential and kitchen and bath design.
Post-graduation, she began working as a
cabinet designer for a custom homebuilder,
where she continues to specialize in luxury K&B renovations in South
Carolina. Ellington was selected as one of 80 Voices from the Industry
speakers at KBIS 2019, where she gave a CEU presentation on the
long-term benefits of incorporating sustainability and biophilic design in
home, kitchen and bath design. She is working toward obtaining NKBA
certification and volunteers as a committee member for her local NKBA
chapter, where she focuses on improving student outreach events and
student involvement.

HADEN FESENMEYER

Installation Manager/Dealer, Don's Custom
Cabinets and Countertops, Longmont, Colo.,
Rocky Mountain Chapter

Haden Fesenmeyer grew up in Longmont
Colo., and after high school went to work
at his father's shop - Don's Custom Cabinets and Countertops - helping assemble
cabinetry and eventually moving into stone
countertop fabrication. He ultimately learned all aspects of the business,
from installation to design and sales, and attended Cambria University
training in Minnesota to learn all about countertops. Fesenmeyer's goals
include earning NKBA design certification training to become efficient
in ProKitchen software and learning enough about the business to follow
in his dad's footsteps.
