| 51 CREATING PATHWAYS & TRAINING 2020 and 2021 are going to bring changes to our labor market. As many of our friends, family members and colleagues continue to face uncertainty in their industries, we know there will be shifts that will require training or upskilling for a number of people to better match the opportunities available as the economy continues to rebuild. The Chamber will be working with our partners to identify those and determine how to best support businesses and individuals as they adapt to this new environment. CONNECTING IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT Connecting can feel harder than ever - Zoom fatigue has set in, in-person events are limited and there is uncertainty on when people will be able to gather again - but we are committed to providing new opportunities for you to connect with customers, clients and peers. In 2021 we will be launching new tools to do just that through an updated website and database and through unique offerings where people will be able to connect on the items that matter most to them. For more information on how we are preparing for 2021, and how that can help your organization or business, please reach out to us at info@lancasterchamber.com!
