Los Angeles artist Dora De Larios' porcelain wall sculpture took 15 months
to create. Dora strived in this installation to harmonize the animal and the
spiritual, the earthly with the divine. Her artistic world is populated by
mythological creatures and imaginary scenes, as can be seen in this intricate mural. The artist's sculptures speak a universal language.

"Repose"

Laguna Beach artist Gerard Basil Stripling created this
five piece functional sculpture on the bluff point overlooking the ocean. "I wanted to create something that
added to the pleasant, serene, Zen-like atmosphere.
Each of the shapes mimics the rock formations and
the waves," Gerard said. "When people visit here I
hope they enjoy being in the moment."

"Voyager"

Inspired by the ocean and myriad life contained within it, this female figure stands
strong facing the Pacific Ocean, given form
by the sea, flora and fauna. "My work is the
product of my continual exploration of the
spiritual and physical world that surrounds
me," said Irish artist Linda Brunker. "I am
becoming more and more aware of what
the Native Americans always knew: that
all things are connected." The artist's
sculptures speak a universal language.
