WINE

▷ ½ CUP LIMONCELLO LIQUEUR

Combine sparkling wine,
cranberry juice and limoncello
in a punch bowl; stir gently.
Ladle punch into tall glasses or
champagne flutes.

Dark, rich and fruity flavors add a
punch to any holiday occasion.
▷ 1/2 CUP RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT
JUICE, CHILLED
▷ 2 CUPS CRAN-RASPBERRY JUICE,
CHILLED
▷ 2 CUPS RED WINE
▷ 1 CUP VODKA
▷ 1/4 CUP SPICED RUM
▷ 1/2 CUP GREEN OR RED GRAPES,
SLICED IN HALF (OPTIONAL:
FREEZE THE GRAPES)
▷ 1 LEMON, SLICED
▷ 1 LIME, SLICED
▷ 1 ORANGE, SLICED
▷ 1 APPLE, SLICED
▷ 1 CUP SPARKLING WATER, CLUB
SODA OR GINGER ALE

Combine first 5 ingredients in
a punch bowl. Add fruit. Add
sparkling water just before serving.
Makes approximately 10 5-ounce
servings.

Peppermint Egg Nog Punch
A perfect melding of the season's sweet flavors, peppermint and
egg nog, to top off a holiday celebration.

▷ 1 QUART PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM, SOFTENED
▷ 1 QUART EGG NOG
▷ 1 CUP LIGHT RUM
▷ 48 OZ. GINGER ALE, CHILLED
▷ 12 SMALL CANDY CANES (10 WHOLE CANDY CANES FOR GARNISH, 2
CRUSHED)
Add ice cream to punchbowl and stir till softened. Add egg nog and stir; add
rum and stir. Just before serving, add ginger ale and stir. Sprinkle the crushed
candy on top and hang the whole candy canes off the side of the bowl.

Belgian Wassail

This classic punch may be
enjoyed hot or cold. To serve
warm, use a slow cooker.
▷ 3 ORANGES
▷ 2 LEMONS
▷ 1 GALLON APPLE CIDER
▷ 1 CUP SUGAR
▷ 2 CINNAMON STICKS
▷ 1 TEASPOON WHOLE ALLSPICE
▷ CLOVE-STUDDED ORANGE
SLICES FOR GARNISH
▷ BRANDY TO TASTE (FROM ½ TO
3 CUPS)

Squeeze juice from oranges and
lemons into a bowl, reserving
rinds. Bring juice, rinds, apple
cider, sugar, cinnamon and
allspice to a boil over mediumhigh heat. Reduce heat and
simmer for at least 25 minutes.
Pour through a strainer,
discarding solids. When guests
arrive, add brandy and serve.
Garnish.
