Premium Tequilas

T

equila is made from one species of agave,
agave tequilana weber, var azul (or blue
agave), outside of Guadalajara, in the state
of Jalisco, Mexico. It can also be produced in
parts of four other Mexican states.
There are four primary types of tequila:
* Blanco-clear tequila as it comes off the
still, and rests up to two months.
* Reposado-aged two months to a year.
* Añejo-aged between one and three years.
* Extra-añejo-aged more than three years.

Casamigos Añejo
Aged 14 months, this tequila is very pure,
sophisticated and well-balanced. With notes of
honey, citrus, wood and dried tropical fruit, the
taste is bold yet never overpowering. Casamigos
Añejo is perfect for sipping or in cocktails.

Sauza Conmemorativo
A smoky, subtle and highly drinkable tequila,
this is aged and naturally golden in color. Sauza
Conmemorativo has a bold, unique flavor with
notes of pepper, honey and apple. The finish
is long and distinctive yet also quite smooth.

Don Julio Reposado
The company Don Julio Gonzalez founded
in 1942 as a teenager has gone on to become
pioneers in "super premium" tequila. Don Julio
Reposado is made from 100 percent blue weber
agave, distilled twice, and matured in charred
oak bourbon casks for up to 11 months.

Patron Extra Añejo
Distilled with great pride at the eco-friendly
Hacienda Patron, where no other brands are
produced, this is a smooth golden tequila.
Aged in oak casks, this spirit has notes of dried
fruit, vanilla and banana with a strong finish
of honey and agave.

El Mayor Añejo
An exceptionally pure
and clean liquor, El
Mayor Añejo is made from the highland blue
agave and is aged for 18-plus months in charred
white oak barrels. It's fruity on the nose with
a taste of vanilla, caramel and a hint of clove.
This is a full-bodied, hearty drink.

Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Silver
This is a well-balanced, oaky tequila with a
crisp, fresh aroma. Triple distillation makes
it exceptionally smooth and mellow, but the
flavor profile is still robust. It tastes sweet and
a bit fruity at first, then ends with a tang of
allspice and jalapeno.

Lunazul 2016 Double Barrel Reposado
For more than 250 years Lunazul has been
making spirits with the highest quality
ingredients and traditional methods. Their
premium expressions include their 2016 Double
Barrel Reposado. The process begins with 100
percent agave tequila, which is then aged in
American white oak casks and finished in exbourbon barrels. Afterward, the distillate is
blended with extra añejo tequila which leads
to a unique, complex taste.

Tres Agaves Añejo
This is also made from 100 percent agave and
aged for a year-and-a-half in whiskey barrels.
The color is a light amber and the aroma has
pear, apple, vanilla and some floral notes. This
is a hardy spirit, sweet and fruity with hints of
cinnamon and clove. Tres Agaves Añejo is an
award-winning drink produced at one of the
few remaining family-owned distilleries in
Jalisco, Mexico.
