continental menu.

THE CRICKET

Using nearly identical ingredients
as an American Grasshopper
cocktail, this sweet British drink
references the game of the British
Empire, not an annoying insect.

▷ 1 OZ. CRÈME DE MENTHE
LIQUEUR
▷ 1 OZ. WHITE CRÈME DE
CACAO
▷ 1 OZ. CREAM
Combine ingredients in an icefilled shaker. Shake well. Strain
into a glass and serve.

▷ 1½ OZ. ORANGE LIQUEUR
▷ 1 OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE
▷ PINK GRAPEFRUIT SODA,
CHILLED
▷ GRENADINE
▷ LIME, SLICED
▷ ICE
Pour the orange liqueur and lime
juice in a tumbler with crushed
ice. Top with the pink grapefruit
soda. Stir gently, then drizzle
with grenadine. Serve with lime
slices, if desired.
