Wilson's Hard Cider: At only 4.5% ABV, Wilson's Old Blue hard
cider in a cocktail can satisfy you with lots of liquid and taste.

Ice
2 ounces tequila
1 ounce orange juice
1 ½ ounces lime juice
1 bottle Wilson's Old Blue
Lime wedge for garnish

gets fun! You can make
your taste buds jump for
joy by using mixers that
are so full of flavor that
the alcohol is merely
playing a supporting role.
Use juices instead of
sodas (a Screwdriver
instead of a Rum & Coke
or a Mule) or fresh fruit
instead of juice.
Look for shrubs-no,
not those bushes at the
foundation of your
abode, but a mixer made
from preserved berries
and other ingredients in
vinegar and sugar-or
flavored balsamic vinegars. The acidity makes
these choices perfect for
aperitifs or as a substitute
for bitters, while their
refreshing sweetness
enhances the flavor of
many cocktails.
Flavored vinegars and
shrubs come in a variety
of flavors, such as maple,
Thai lemongrass mint,
aged peach white, coconut, black cherry and dark
espresso (can you say
"Healthy White
Russian"?).

 Combine ice, tequila, orange juice and lime juice in a
blender. Pour into a large Margarita glass. Carefully tip the
Old Blue bottle into the glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

LEMONGRASS MINT
MOJITO
Harvest Oil & Vinegar, Coralville: The flavorful vinegar adds
health benefits as well as an acidic balance.

6 fresh mint leaves
1½ tablespoons simple syrup
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon Harvest Lemongrass-Mint Balsamic Vinegar
2 ounces rum
Club soda
 Place mint, simple syrup, lime juice and Lemongrass-Mint
Balsamic Vinegar in a glass and muddle. Pour over ice cubes
into a highball glass. Pour in rum and stir. Top with club soda
and mix one more time.

TITO'S ALL-TIME FAVORITE
Tito's Handmade Vodka: This classic twist on the "vodka soda" is
simple, fresh, and easy to make. Top with a slice of orange and a
slice of lime, and you've got a zesty spin on a fan favorite.

1½ ounce Tito's Handmade Vodka
4 ounces sparkling mineral water
1 orange slice for garnish
1 lime slice for garnish
 Add Tito's Handmade Vodka and sparkling mineral water
to a rocks glass with ice. Stir and garnish with the orange
and lime slices.
