In addition to quality educational

continued focus on adult education
spearheaded by three local libraries.
In downtown Covington, the Alleghany
Highlands Regional Library continues a
decades-long tradition of service to the
Highlands, offering free internet access, a
variety of online databases, access to the
Blue Ridge Download Consortium, countless
magazines, DVDs, albums and books
available on the shelves. The town of Clifton
Forge plays host to the Clifton Forge Public
Library, while Warm Springs is home to the
Bath County Public Library, a member of
the Rockbridge Regional Library system,

and cultural possibilities for those looking
