14 miles of hiking and biking
trails. The park is located off the
Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost
115.

Mill Mountain - There are
countless combinations
of multi-use trails at Mill
Mountain Park in Roanoke,
ranging from .22 miles to 1.9
miles in length. They vary in
difficulty level, but a great firstone is the Woodthrush/Star
trail up to the Star-1.6 miles
to the top. Park off of Riverland
Road just beyond the Ninth
Street Bridge.
