* 2 oz Yellowstone Select Bourbon
Whiskey
* 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
* ½ oz McClary Bros Apple Pie Shrub
* 3 oz Vernors Ginger Ale
* Garnish with lime wedge

* 2 oz Sobieski©100% Pure
Rye Vodka
* 3 oz Ginger Beer
* 1 oz Lime Juice
* 1 wedge of lime

Pour Sobieski vodka and
ginger beer in a copper
mug filled with ice. Add
lime juice. Mix gently.
Serve with a lime slice.

Shake over ice, top off
with ginger ale, roll,
pour into rocks glass.

Blanco
* 1 oz Cointreau
* 3 oz mango puree
* 2 oz freshly squeezed lime
juice
* 2 rings fresh Jalepeno
In a shaker, muddle the Jalepeno
rings, add ice, Comisario
Tequila, mango puree and fresh
lime juice. Shake
vigorously and
pour into Margarita
glass. Garnish with
julienned mango
strips and
an orange
wheel.

2 oz Highland Park Magnus
3 raspberries
3 fresh mint leaves
½ oz lemon juice
4 oz Ginger Beer

In a shaker, muddle the
berries and fresh mint.
Add the lemon juice, MAGNUS
and ice. Shake and double
strain into a
Collins glass. Top
with ginger beer.
Garnish with a
fresh mint and
berries.

2oz Partida Añejo
2 barspoons Maple Syrup
3 slices Fresno Chiles
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Orange peel

In a rocks glass, muddle two
chile slices, bitters and maple
syrup. Do not add any seeds
from chiles. Add ice and Partida
Añejo, and stir. Garnish with an
orange peel and a chile slice.

* 2oz Double Cask 12
Years Old
* ½ oz Amontillado
Sherry
* Pinch of smoked salt
* ¼ oz maple syrup
* Old Fashioned glass
Add all ingredients and
ice into a mixing glass. Stir
gently with a bar spoon for
10 seconds.
Strain into
an ice-filled
old fashioned
glass.
