* 13/4 oz Blackened American
Whiskey
* 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
* 1/4 oz green chartreuse
* 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
* Dash of orange bitters
* Cherry garnish

* 2 oz Blue Chair Bay®
Spiced Rum
* Cola
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Pour Blue Chair Bay® Spiced
Rum followed by cola.
Stir, sit back and feel like a
pirate.

Add ingredients in a mixing
glass with ice and stir
to dilute. Strain into a
cocktail coupe or over
fresh ice in a rocks
glass. Garnish with a
cherry.

The Barenjager
Hot Toddy

* 2 oz Tequila Comisario
Blanco
* 1 oz Cointreau
* 3 oz mango puree
* 2 oz freshly squeezed lime
juice
* 2 rings fresh Jalepeno
In a shaker, muddle the Jalepeno
rings, add ice, Comisario Tequila,
mango puree and fresh lime
juice. Shake vigorously and
pour into Margarita
glass. Garnish with
julienned mango
strips and an orange
wheel.

Tito's Spiced Mule

From Tito's Vodka

From Niche Import Co.

* 1 oz Bärenjäger Honey
Liqueur
* 11/2 oz Bourbon
* 5 oz Earl Grey Tea
* Lemon wedge
* Cinnamon stick
Build ingredients in a
mug. Garnish with a lemon
wedge and a cinnamon
stick.

* 2 oz iichiko Silhouette
* 3/4 oz Lime juice
* 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients and
garnish with a lime.

* 1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade
Vodka
* 3 oz ginger beer
* 1 oz spiced apple cider
Just add Tito's Handmade
Vodka, ginger beer, and spiced
apple cider to a Tito's Copper
Mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of
nutmeg and cinnamon.

* 11/2 part Jameson Black
Barrel
* 1/2 part Blackberry & Apple
Syrup
* 1/3 part Dry Sherry
* 1/2 part Fresh Lemon
* 1/4 part Creme de Mure
* 11/2 parts Apple Juice
Shake Jameson Black Barrel,
Blackberry & Apple Syrup, Dry
Sherry, fresh lemon,
Creme de Mure, and
apple juice. Strain
into an ice filled
highball.

Chocolate Martini
From Marie Brizard Wine
& Spirits Americas

* 1/2 oz Sobieski 100%
Pure Rye Vodka
* 11/2 oz Marie Brizard
Chocolat Royale
* 11/2 oz Marie Brizard
Crème de Cacao
* * 21/2 oz Heavy Cream
Combine all ingredients
in a cocktail shaker with
ice, shake for 10 - 15
seconds until ice cold.
Strain into a martini
glass and serve.
