JIM BEAM VANILLA
The Beam family has been making bourbon, and experimenting with flavor, since 1795,
and Jim Beam Vanilla is one of their latest creations. A mixture of straight Kentucky
bourbon and Madagascar vanilla, bean liqueur, this is a well balanced drink that combines subtle sweetness with the bite of a timeless whiskey. Bottled at 70 proof and dark
amber in color, it delivers notes of oak, caramel and a hint of vanilla. Try it with cola and
a cherry garnish. Fred Noe, Jim Beam's 7th generation master distiller, has this to say:

Jack Daniel's has dipped several toes into the flavored whiskey market, including Tennessee Fire, Southern Citrus, Tennessee Honey, Berry Punch, and Lynchburg Lemonade.
Jack Apple, with an ABV of 4%, is a mellow and refreshing mix of apple cider and their
patented whiskey. The smell is sweet and robust, with a little honey cutting through the
apple. The first sip is soft and inviting, with a hint of carbonation, while the finish is more
about the whiskey. This is a crisp, fruity drink with a pert apple flavor that's never too
sour. Perfect on the rocks.
